no parking glass walls
The room had all the amenities for a short stay.
It does not have parking (or at least, not in the way I understood it). Parking in shopping centers is not what I consider 'parking'. the glass walls on the bathroom.

slow refills heating issue
the breakfast wasn't great, the chef seemed short on supplies and it took forever to get refills. coach parties were also crowding the area. i also wasn't warm enough in my room and it was hard to adjust the heat. i asked for help, then i was moved to a suite. it was more money, and the only upgrade was a different shower head and a coffee maker.

I found the staff helpful. Christina's calm assistance during a difficult moment was invaluable. I commend her. The room included a fridge, tea, and coffee facilities. A wonderful touch.
I noticed the hotel lacks on-site parking. The nearest parking area requires a five-minute walk. This is inconvenient when carrying equipment.

The breakfast selection included a decent spread. I especially loved the freshly cooked omelette. The food was AMAZING!!! This ensured a good start to the day, full of freshness.

The location allows easy access into the city center. The train station is within walking distance. This makes travelling so easy. The city center is close and beautiful.

staff let me checked in early. my room was clean. the bed felt comfortable. it was easy going to attractions.
breakfast at £17 is a bit expensive for the quality. i don't think is worth it.

location is near the central area. it is close to the westgate mall. bus and train stations are also nearby, so is other restaurants. this is convienient.

my room was a good size. it was clean and had everything i needed. beds felt comfy and i found a good facility for luggage storage. the rooftop terrace is great.
